Identify My Modem
The setup instructions are slightly different depending on which type of modem you have. Please use the following steps to identify your modem.
Step 1: Is it a Zoom or a SpeedStream/Siemens?
Your modem will say either "Zoom", "SpeedStream", or "Siemens" on it, on the top or front. For Zoom modems, go to Step 2. For SpeedStream/Siemens modems, go to Step 3.
Step 2: Which type of Zoom modem do I have?
Use the following chart to determine which kind of Zoom modem you have:
