Identify My Modem

The setup instructions are slightly different depending on which type of modem you have. Please use the following steps to identify your modem.

• Step 1: Is it a Zoom or a SpeedStream?
  Your modem will say either "Zoom" or SpeedStream" on it, on the top or front. For Zoom modems, go to Step 2. For SpeedStream modems, go to Step 3.
  
  
• Step 2: Which type of Zoom modem do I have?
  Use the following chart to determine which kind of Zoom modem you have:
