How do I renew my account?
If you would like to renew your account or service please contact us.

How do I change my dial-up password?
In order to change your password please click on the link below.

Enter your username and current password. Fill in the fields on the page that loads click the button and your password is reset.

If you can't remember your password simply contact us and have one of our customer service representatives assist you with changing your password.

How do I know how much time I have left on my dial-up account?
If you would like to know your account statistics you can view this online by visiting our account statistic page, you can get to this page by clicking the link below.

You will be asked to enter your username and password, once you enter your username and password you will see your account information.

How do I setup an e-mail alias for my dial-up account?
If you would like to setup your e-mail alias you can online by using the link below.

In order to setup your alias you will be asked to enter your username and password.

Once you enter this information a new window will apear. At this point click on the circle next to Use Custom Alias: in the box enter what you would like your alias as (i.e. joe, john, kitty etc...)

Then click the Ok button now your alias is setup for you.
