Yearly DSL Plan Refund Policy for PPPoE DSL Plans

1. First 60 Days.
Refunds are available if an issue is reported with the PPPoE DSL service within the first 60 days. If the service issue cannot be resolved after multiple attempts a refund will be issued. The amount of the refund will be according to the Calculation of Refund (Section 3.) below.

2. After First 60 Days.
After the first 60 days, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $25.00 (plus tax) Administration Fee will apply. The Administration Fee will be subtracted from the refund. The amount of the refund will be according to the Calculation of Refund (Section 3.) below.

3. Calculation of Refund.
Any months or parts of months used will be multiplied by the regular Monthly Plan rate for the corresponding Monthly Plan of the Yearly Plan. The product of this calculation will be subtracted from Yearly Fee that was paid for the DSL service. Any amount left over is the refund.
